To enroll in United States International University fill out the university application make your application fee payment of $100.00 Email it to Registrar@United-States-University-com or down load this form and mail it to the University by priority mail.
        
Upon recreate it will be evaluated and you will be notified of your acceptance, at which time you will be required to make your initial tuition payment. Upon receipt your first course of instruction will be prepared and sent to you with instructions on how to plan and complete your degree program.  Click below to access the Admission Application.

TUITION PAYMENTS PLANS

 

Plan A (reselect to recalculate)
Enclosed you will find my Registration Fee of $100.00 as well as my full tuition of $ I am deducting the following scholarship  if applicable $ I am deducting $ 300.00 for full pre-payment. My full payment tuition is $.

Plan B
Enclosed you will find my Registration Fee of $100.00 as well as my total tuition is $ .  I am deducting the following scholarship if applicable $ .  I am deducting for my 50% payment in advance of my tuition leaving a balance of $ . Enclosed is the 50% down payment on my tuition which is $ . This is payable immediately on my formal notice of acceptance. The balance will be paid at  $100  per month or more beginning on the  first day of the month from the date of my required 50% payment. There will be an interest payment of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

Plan C
Enclosed you will find my Registration Fee of $100.00.  My tuition is $ . My Tuition Payment of  25% $ is payable immediately. The balance will be paid at $150.00 per month for months beginning on the first day of each month after my initial payment is received.  The final payment will be $.  There  will be an interest payment of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

Plan D- Corporate Tuition Payment Plan
Enclosed you will find my Registration Fee of $100.00 as well as my tuition full tuition is $ . I am deducting the following scholarship if applicable $.  Enclosed is my one-third (33 1/3%) initial Tuition Payment of  $ . The remaining balance is to be paid in two equal payments of $ . payable Thirty (30)  days apart beginning on the first day of the month from the date of my required  initial  payment.  There will be an interest payment of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance after 60 days of acceptance.

TUITION REFUNDS
The University has developed the following refund policy. A written notice of withdrawal must be received by the University requesting a refund and describing the actual reasons for your request before a refund can be granted. The tuition is for one year from date of enrollment. Interest on the unpaid balance is 1.5% per month. The refund scheduled is as follows: Withdrawal from date of acceptance, 72 hours, 100% less $100; 3-7 days, 50% less $100.00; 30-60 days, 10% less $100.00; beyond 60 days, no refund. Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the sellers of goods or services obtained, with the proceeds hereof. A recovery hereunder by the debtors will not exceed an amount paid by debtor hereunder.

I have read and fully understand all aspects of this agreement and the modern innovated approach to education utilized by United States International University as described in the current University Catalog. The University or its representatives make no guarantees or promises other than those in the University Catalog and offers no referral, job guarantees, or placement services, and agree that any unresolved disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Wyoming. I certify that I am enrolling in United States International University for my own personal and private academic improvement and that all information submitted to the University is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that all tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to graduation and that a degree will not be conferred until all outstanding obligations have been cleared.
